Registration Information
Q: How are athletes placed into divisions?
A: Divisions are age-based, ranging from Gremlin (4-7 years) to Young Men/Women (16-18 years), determined as of December 31 of the preceding year.
Q: What does athlete certification involve?
A: Certification includes a contract, proof of age, medical release form, and a code of conduct agreement to ensure eligibility for participation.
Q: When and where are practice sessions?
A: Practices are held at Cesar E. Chavez Learning Academies or Burbnak High School, generally from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. The schedule is subject to change, so please stay updated.
Q: What nutrition is recommended on meet days?
A: Athletes should focus on carbs pre-meet and opt for light snacks and hydration during the meet, avoiding sugary foods and heavy meals.
Q: What if it rains on a practice or meet day?
A: Stay until the coaching staff confirms any changes. Practices and meets proceed in most weather conditions, except lightning.
